GOVESAN RH
In the powder coatings line, GOVESAN RH is defined as an epoxy-polyester, also known as a gybrid system. It is diffeent from GOVESAN RE in that it is more resistant to ultra-violet rays and to over-baking and has greater color stability.

GOVESAN RH is available in a broad range of colors in adition to a line of low glosses ranging from 2-25% gloss at a 60º angle.

PRODUCT PROPERTIES
Type of resin: Epoxy-Polyester (Hybrid)
Density: 1.2 to 1.75 gr/cubic cm (depending on color)
Particle: 10-100 microns (90%)
Storage: Maximum 30ºC (dry place)

RANGE OF POLYMERIZATION
It is important to note that the times and temperature on the following graph represent the temperatures of the material and NOT the pyrometric temperature of the oven.

SURFACE PROPERTIES
Mechanical tests have been done on white LFQX 8/10 metal plate with grease removed using a vaporized chlorate grease remover. The surface thickness was 50 microns and polymerization took place at 190º C for 15 minutes.

MECHANICAL TESTS

CHEMICAL RESISTANCE
Tests were done on a 70-80 microns thickness with a gloss finish and were polymerized at 190ºC for 15 minutes.

RESISTANCE TO ACIDS AND ALKALI
Tests done with 132 bonder flasks coated with Epoxy powder coating. Test temperature: 20-25ºC
